Cookie notice
Desert Area Resources and Training uses a few cookies and related tools on this website. This page says what they are, why they are there, and what you can do about them.
Cookies we set
Session cookie
Name: DARTSESSID
Set when you browse the site. It holds a short session so the contact form and job applications can be checked before they are saved. It is not used for advertising. It is limited to this site, is not readable by page scripts, and ends when you close the browser or after a period of inactivity.
Acknowledgement cookie
Name: dart_cookie_ok
Set when you choose OK on the cookie notice. It remembers that choice for about one year so the notice stays closed.
Services that may set their own cookies
Google reCAPTCHA
The contact form and job application forms use Google reCAPTCHA to reduce automated submissions. On those pages Google may set a cookie such as _GRECAPTCHA and receive technical details such as your IP address and the page address. See Google’s privacy policy.
Styles and icons
Public pages load layout styles from cdn.tailwindcss.com and icons from cdnjs.cloudflare.com. Your browser requests those files from those services. We do not use them to advertise.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. This site does not use advertising cookies or a visitor analytics product.
Information you send us
The contact form stores your name, email, phone if you give one, and message so staff can reply. A job application stores your name, email, phone, cover note, and resume. Resumes are not published on the website. That information is kept in our database. It is separate from the cookies above.
Your choices
Choose OK on the notice to record that you have seen it. You can delete cookies in your browser at any time. If you delete the acknowledgement cookie, the notice will appear again. If you block the session cookie, forms on this site may not submit.
