INFORM

Information Networking for Families and Others, Resources and More (INFORM)

INFORM is the information and referral program of DART, funded by Kern Regional Center and the United Way of Indian Wells Valley

What is our goal?
To provide general information about disabilities and related topics such as support groups, treatments, and laws.

Who is Eligible?
Persons who have a developmental disability, community members, family members, or educators wishing assistances or resources concerning special needs.

What Services are Offered?

• Transition Planning Assistance
  Teachers, students, and families may tour and receive one on one personalized information about DART's program and services.
  
  
• Teachers, students, and famliesAssistance at Individual Education Plan Meetings
  Materials on how to prepare for an individual educational plan and a person to walk you through the process.
  
  
• Community Support
  We can link you with our community. We are a member of the community colaborative.
